Name the greatest ones you know of.

I'll start off with

Radiohead - The Bends - Street Spirit

Propagandhi - Supporting Caste - Last will and testament

Epic album finishers.

I'm sure there are others but I just can't think of them right now.

Fear Factory - A Therapy for Pain, Demanufacture

Emperor - Inno A Satana, In the Nightside Eclipse

Chimaira - Implements of Destruction, The Impossibiltiy of Reason

Asva - A Trap For Judges, WYDKIF

Oh man that's a blast from the past! Thanks for posting, I'd completely forgotten about Propagandhi.

Guns N' Roses - Appetite for Destruction - Rocket Queen

Funny I was going to post that one as well, great song.

No worries mate, one of my favourite bands. Lyrical and guitar legends. If you haven't heard the latest album I highly recommend having a listen. Track 2 is utter brilliance, next to NOFX's The Decline I'd say that's my all time favourite track.

Pearl Jam - Release (Ten)

As I'm listening to it now, I think Titanium Exposé by Sonic Youth is a brilliant closer to Goo.

Isis - Garden of Light (album: In The Absence of Truth)
Earthtone9 - Binary101 (Arc'Tan'Gent)
Foo Fighters - Exhausted (Foo Fighters)

Bob Dylan- Nashville Skyline -Tonight I'll Be Staying Here with You
The Rolling Stones - Let It Bleed - You Can't Always Get What You Want
Iron Butterfly - In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida - In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida

Biffy Clyro - Now The Action Is On Fire! - The Vertigo Of Bliss
Boris - Just Abondoned Myself - Pink
Converge - Jane Doe - Jane Doe
dredg - The Canyon Behind Her - El Cielo
Gojira - Global Warming - From Mars To Sirius
Her Name Is Calla - The Union - The Quiet Lamb
Jeniferever - Spring Tides - Spring Tides
Khoma - One Of Us Must Hang - The Second Wave
Mastodon - The Last Baron - Crack The Skye
Mogwai - We're No Here - Mr. Beast
Mogwai - Mogwai Fear Satan - Young Team
Oceansize - Ornament/The Last Wrongs - Everyone Into Position
Periphery - Racecar - Periphery
Rolo Tomassi - Cosmology - Cosmology

Some nice tunes so far. I have tried to pick a few that I think could be considered 'epic' in that they offer just that bit extra compared to the rest of the album and definitively bring the album to a close:

Dave Matthews Band - Crash - Proudest Monkey.
The Offspring - Americana - Pay The Man
Gov't Mule - The Deepest End - John the Revelator (ft. The Dirty Dozen Brass Band)
Pink Floyd - The Division Bell - High Hopes
Muse - The Resistance - Exogenesis Symphony (Pts 1-3)
