Not much of a topic maybe, we saw similar with Microsoft back in the early 2000s. Monopoly case which apparently may depend on "what the judge had for breakfast".

Epic games claiming Apple and I suppose Google have monopoly over mobile market because of play and Apple stores.

Personally I can't see Apple losing but it may still be ruled a monopoly.

Apple's definitely got a monopoly. They control 100% of software distribution on iOS. To get any software officially, you must go through Apple and the app store. Epic's case is already enacting change for the better, even if Epic's reasons are entirely honourable.

I don't think Apple will actually win this one. Too much is changing around them, and with other companies for them to be able to keep justifying the way they run the app store and iOS.
 
where have you been? Epic has been suing Apple for the past Year & half, for this exact reason:D

Other Companies have also got involved, although cant remember who exactly but remember its another big Game Company
