Folks
I have an Epson Aculaser C1100 which is driving me bonkers. Any help would be appreciated.
The printer appears to pick up paper and feed it all the way up to the (what I believe is the fuser unit, this fuser unit though does not have two rollers. It has one soft heated rubber roller which presses against a thin piece of teflon sheet up against an aluminium bar.) When the paper reaches this point it stops dead will not pass through which results in concertinad paper. Even though this aluminium bar has release leavers tensioned with springs, loosening the tension still doesn't allow the paper to pass through this final roller. Loosening the tension leavers totally allows it to pass through but obviously the toner is not bonded to the page. Any help would really be appreciated..
