Got drivers and the scanning software from Epson website.

Installed everything as usual, scanner works fine, but printer doesnt print anything.
I send a job to be printed, it says Starting Job, nothing in the printer moves, sometimes it says completed job and goes to tech completed tab, but again nothing moves.

Anything im doing wrong? tried setting the printer to use its drivers in printer settings but an exclamation mark appeared and again nothing happened. So at the moment its set to generic printer which still does nothing.

Its an Epson DX4200, anyone know how to get it to work ?

Thanks!

My DV4050 (same series) installed fine, in the driver list there is now an option for DX4000 series.

I go to system prefs > print and fax > click the + icon, then there's a drop down menu and it's in there... I take it it's that point where this exclamation mark pops up? Maybe the drivers didn't install properly?

strange

I just deleted the printer from that list and added it straight back in and it works!
Don't know why i didnt do that in the first place!

Thanks
