I have been told that the Epson r360 does not accept the cheap inks does anyone have one of these if so what ink are using the cheap ink or the proper Epson ink

All I can say is I've had 3 Epson 300's al died very quickly, I used non genuine inks, I can't say if it was the cause or not but non lasted more than 4 sets of ink.

I got a epson R200 when they first came out and its still going using cheap inks.

But i want to know if a epson R360 can take cheap inks as some people say you cant use cheap inks any more

Yes, the R360 can use compatible cartridges. It can use refillable ones and also use a CIS kit. Just ensure you use cartridges with the latest chips.

Stay away from the CISS system on this machine.
I know a bloke who's sold loads of them and nearly all came back however the refillables are fine.

To be honest, when using compatible its hit and miss, people can use them for years and be fine, others, give it 6 months and the printers dead. Its basically like putting diesel in a petrol car.....oh and it voids warranty

And how much of that was caused by user error and how much by cheap nasty CIS units?
