Has anyone managed to get ink monitoring working on their Epson inkjet in Vista yet? My low ink warning light i flashing but I have no way of telling which needs changing until one of the colours starts banding.

The perils of early adopting a new OS :o

I have an Epson Stylus D68. The first time I connected it up to my system after I had installed Vista, it recognised it and installed drivers/status monitor. It all works fine without even having to install any Epson stuff, I just right click on the print icon thing when I'm printing and I can get the ink levels up.

Hi all. Just in case anyone else is having this problem, Epson replied with a very helpful email and a successful method to enable ink monitoring in Vista, with no separate program required. You simply need to update the driver to the Epson C64 and delete the one installed by default with the installation.
