It looks like two TRUEs stuck together, i read a review where they said it had to be lapped though. I wonder how this would do passive...

Fins are to dence for passive cooling - it's beats everything with a single fan. And can use 3 fans if needs must.
Best aircooler money can buy - if your ISH is flat it will need lapping (same issue as TRUE)
