I have a hard drive that has come out of a dead iomega storcentre nas box which has been re-paritioned & quick formatted for ntfs but I now need to recover some data from the Linux formatted paritions that were on it, I have just run test disk with the following results, which paritions do I restore?
Any help would be massivly appreciated

well the partitons to restore id assume will be the last one, the second may well be just the OS, since its only 20GB
and Logical Volume Management (LVM) are for enabling things like hard disk hot-swapping

Thanks I will have a go in a minute, not being a nix guy and not knowing about LVM I was not sure why I had a Linux Raid parition and a Linux LVM partition that were almost the same size.

I will recover the last partition and try and get at it in my ubuntu vm, do I need to do a mdadm assemble command or do you think I would be able to run some sort of mount command? I have seem both suggested when reading data from the ix2-200.
