Err - no 1950Pro support in current ATi Vista drivers?

Oh man! My 1950 Pro finally arrives, but even the most recent Cats don't know what the hell it is. Have popped it into a new system and just installed Vista, but upon trying to install drivers it claims there is no supported hardware to install for.

Will the XP drivers on the CD work do you think?

Guess it's back to useless boring XP until new RC2 drivers come out. I love formats!

Which drivers were you using, the RC1 ones?

Yeah. Dated early September, so I guess 1950Pros didn't exist then.

They worked for my old x800xtpe in RC2. Googleing doesn't bring up a solution, I can't find my XP discs and don't really wanna go back to XP anyway. This must have happened in the past - what happened then?

Interesting, This would appear to indicate it is possible to get working.

Maybe have a look on the Rage3D forums maybe?
