We don't have BT Parental Controls activated, but just now on the main PC had a message screen come up blocking the US train sim site trainsim.com . However I can access from the laptop.
I've logged into my BT account, confirmed the controls are off and emailed their support, see whether I get a coherent answer in due course.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Don't need controls as there are no children in the house and both old enough to judge what we look at online.
