ERROR: 0x800705aa windows 10 PLZ Help!

whenever i play a video though the Film& TV app / Edge You tube or MP3 via Groove on my Surface 3 tablet it stutters for a couple of seconds then displays the following error: 0x800705aa not much information about it . happened out of the blue when i was travelling through South America.

Does anyone know how to fix this or has this happened to anyone else before?

no Chrome is awful on the surface3, Edge really looks much better with proper scaling and integration for the device. i had vlc but uninstalled it. didn't really see the need for it when the app were working fine before this happened.

would prefer a fix solution rather than work arounds if i can get one
