"Error 1305"

hey anyone had any experiance with error 1305 when installing something? i had it on the last file on age of empires III which was annoying because it meant when i did what microsoft said and updated windows installer i had to wait the whole instalation to find out it haddnt helped. Anyone got a solution?

1305 is a general file read error, check the media for any scratches and see if you can copy the contents of the CD/DVD to hard disk without any problems.
