error 1310

I installed a program to get rid of error 1310 which had a 100 day trial. They are going to charge me with the credit card I gave them but I can't remember what program it is and there is no evidence of it on my computer aghhhh !

Need a bit more information than that, where was the error 1310 coming from? Why did you need to install extra software to fix it?

I can't install office, libre office or anti virus on my computer

Is this Windows 10? Sounds like you might have a corrupted install honestly.

Have you already tried sfc /scannow in command prompt?
