Well my house mate wants to go on my network to use the net and hes gets the messsage
Error 403 Forbidden - Access Denied by Access Control List
when tryin to view a page (he was on freeserve before). He was on dialup before so in the internet options > connections and deleted his connection and picked the option never dial a connection thinking this would work but is still doesnt.
Any ideas
