Error 70 - help?!

So, I keep getting an error 70 on the Dr Debug whenever I boot up my system. Quick check in the book of words and it turns out it's the number for SouthBridge DXE initialisation. I can't complete boot up until disconnecting power and reconnecting until it resets the UEFI to default - the only thing I've changed though is using the auto clock to set it to 4.6GHz. I understand that SouthBridge is something to do with the chipset, which CPU-Z tells me is Intel ID1C44 - don't know if this helps or not.

Any ideas guys? Bit of a pain not being able to OC my i5 2500k and having to essentially reboot 3 or 4 times to boot up properly.
