Workmates computer came up with that error last night, and he's now unable to connect to the internet, so asked me if I could help, and obviously I couldn't, so I'm posting here instead! 
After Googling the error, it appears to be 2 separate errors, one error 720, and the other a problem with libeay32.dll, but both of them being internet connection or TCP/IP errors, but any help would be much appreciated.
He's running Windows XP, on Talk Talk broadband via one of their modems. Thanks again.
