Hi,
Dropped my 20D some time ago and broke the 50mm lens autofocus, still took good pictures on manual focus but the lens would not come off, looking online the basic advice was brute force and ignorance to get it off, which it did come off eventually
Now I have another 50mm lens but I get an error 99 message, looked it up and tried the rubber trick but one of the gold pins in the camera body is pushed right in and won't return, I assume this is why I get the error message.
Anyone needed to get the pins out or had to take the surround to the pins off??
