Was off at Cannes with the 40d this weekend on a company holiday; First night there i was taking some photos, got around 200 off and then i got a message saying "Error 99"
I've tried different lenses, reset to factory defaults, took both batteries out, poked around at all the moving parts, cleaned all the contacts. No difference, can't take a single picture without Error 99
Gutted, I think I'll have to send it back to Canon, but I've missed all the photos from this weekend, Only had it 3 months, 8000 actuations.
