Error CE-32930-7

Hi all.
I don't know what to do with my PlayStation. When I want to start a game, an error CE-32930-7 appears. I tried to transfer data to an USB and delete data from PS4 but it didn't work. Can you help me?

Maybe the harddrive is faulty and causing errors. What manufacture date is the console and do you know if it is the original harddrive ?

Have you tried rebuilding the database? Don't know if it would work but no harm in trying!
