Error code 0xc00000f help

Hi, I recently factory reset my laptop, however I am now being greeted with this error code and there’s nothing I can do to fix it.

I’ve heard that I need to restore using a Windows 10 image, however when I bought this laptop from Overclockers, I was not provided with a disk.

All help appreciated!

Laptop model is MSI GE72MVR 7RG

You can create a Windows 10 USB boot disk using this official Microsoft tool:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

Make sure your USB stick has no important data on it because it will all be deleted when creating the boot disk.

And make sure your current Windows installation is attached to your Microsoft account so that it is automatically activated when re-installing.
