Error code "Driver_Irql_Not_Less_Or_Equal"

For some reason on occasion I am getting a blue screen on boot with the above message.
I have not added any hardware to my PC since the 3080Ti GPU some months ago.
The PC restarts and all is well.
It does not happen every day perhaps every three on average.

Any thoughts on where or how or where to look to try and resolve this annoyance?

To see what driver is causing the error. Gives you something to start from.

Got that mate but to be honest pretty meaningless to me.

Looks like the SATA driver is causing issues or maybe your SSD is playing up.
Try removing the AMD SATA driver and let Windows install its own. Or maybe just check you're using the latest version from MSI.

The OS is on an M.2 and I have two SSD's for storage.
Which should I be looking at?
