Error Copying files or folder; Cannot Copy file name: the directory or file cannot be

Hi every time i try and copy music to my phones memory card i get this error message

Error Copying File or Folder

Cannot copy (track name): The directory or file cannot be created .

Its a 2 gig memory card, with 1.2 gig worth of music on at the moment. configured as a FAT drive

Hope someone can help.
