Error loading operating system

Hey guys,

I'm rather confused with this,

I have recently upgraded my pc and dumped all my old parts into my parents pc,

I wasnt expecting windows to boot first time, which it didnt, so i went for a fresh install, it goes to the blue windows install screen that you see and lets you copy all the files over from CD, but then once its done that and it tries to access the Hdd to start the actual windows install it just gives the message "error loading operating system" i have had a look around and was told to change the HDD access in bios to large, i did this and still get the same error,

Any help would be appreciated as my dad isnt the happiest chappy at the moment thanks

Actually got it working, anyone else who has this problem, try changing the IDE cable, this is what fixed it for me, still not sure why though??
