Oki hey there,
I'm getting pc freezing whenever i play battlefield 2142, happening everytime i play the game now, either 5 seconds in or 30 seconds in.
So, i look at the even logs and find an error eachtime my pc froze (due to times)
So we have:
Error: Service Control Manager
The Parallel port driver service failed to start due to the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

And the link is a fat lot of good i dont really understand and doesnt give me a fix/cause.
So, any light here?
