Not sure why this is happening to me but here goes.
I've been using Vista Home Premium 32bit OEM since release (from OcUK) and was activated and validated since i got it, so no problems untill now...
Was having some problems with broadband connection so plugged my modem straight into the pc and i got a pop up box that asked me if the computer was for home or office use, so i selected home.
Now after each restart i get a "windows aero error message" (as shown in my image)
When i click the link it asks me to activate windows before i can validate it, i've typed in my product key and then gone to validate it several times and each time it fails to complete the task.
I can validate MS Office without a problem, but Vista keeps throwing it's dummy out the pram. Anyone else had this problem?
My net connection is working now and there are no other problems apart from this one, I can still get windows updates, and use the aero features so i know my Vista is the real deal.
