Error Message On New Build

Having put together my new build, every time after copying over the windows files, from the cd ,setup says starting windows I get the blue screen of death with this error message telling me to check any new hard drives

stop: 0x0000007b (0xf7975524,0xc0000034,0x00000000,0x000000000)

I have ran chkdsk and reformatted all hard driives but am still getting the error any help much appreciated

Motherboard is Gigabyte GA_965P_S3

Have tried diferent RAM already and does not solve problem..?

Ones new and one is about 2 yrs old....have tried both of them on there own as well and still same issue.....

yes install disk clean and ok
