Error Message

i didn't know where to put this but i need help
i have the new prince of persia on PC, but when i install it i get this error message

Does anyone have an idea what this is, or what i can do to solve it, as it stops me installing the game.
Any quick help would be greeted happily,

Google it, I just did and found some results. From what I've read its either something to do with DX10 or EAX.

A lot of people seem to say downloading the patch will fix it.
