error messages

Hi guys, (mods feel free to move)

I'm getting these messages.

"The file wldap32.dll is missing." As my pc tries to connect to Internet.

and "recycle bin corrupt" although for some reason I can now open it, I couldn't do that earlier.

yesterday I installed: a HD6870
4gb corsair xms3.

it was working well this morning. I shut it down and applied an installed the usual updates and now I login it has changed. I also just restarted my pc and it says could not boot due to Overclocking etc. But I haven't.

any thoughts?

This should be in 'Windows & Other Software' so a Mod will probably move it. Which o/s are you running? Can you try running the system file checker... Open a command prompt as an administrator and type sfc /scannow then hit enter.

Yeah run the scan and see what happens. Seems you have some corrupted system files causing this.

Is your system still playing up? Your Windows install has become corrupted for some reason. Could be the result of a dodgy HDD or Malware etc. If the system file checker hasn't been able to fix it then I might think about doing a clean install tbh.

ok mate. I will restart and see. I will try to reinstall tonight if it persists. Thank for your help.
