Error redeeming film on Google Play...

Good afternoon,

I attempted to redeem the film 'Logan' using a code from a retail Blu-ray. I entered the code into foxredeem.com as instructed, it directed me to Google Play but gave me an error message 'Error redeeming code. Error code: BM-RC-20'

I tried to enter the code directly into Google Play and it takes me to a page to enter my address and payment method. I've redeemed 4 free film codes on Google Play without having to give any kind of payment details.

I cannot find anyway of contacting Google directly. Their recommended solution was to post in the Google Play help forum and let someone else sort it. I've had no replies so far.

Anyone had this problem and fixed it or know a way I can get in touch with Google please?

I contacted Fox and they said I need to contact the digital retailer service. Please contact Google Play support they advised but how?

I've been there Hades. I tried to find a path that allows me to send the problem to a real person but I haven't managed it yet. Thanks though.

Tried to add the film again before I rang Google and amazingly it added to my library first time. Maybe somethings been fixed. Thanks everyone.
