Anyone know how to fix it?
I have SP2 and tried (if i remember rightly) to apply the neowin theme unlocker thing. Had this error since.

Ok, seems i sorted it! 
Used 'Replacer' and used that to replace what must have been a corrupted uxtheme.dll
