Error trying to start media server

I have installed FUPPES so I can serve my media to my PS3 but when I start FUPPES I get the following error:

[started]
[ERROR] failed to bind socket to : 192.168.1.1:56596
[exiting]

What am I doing wrong?

something else running may be using that port. Run

Code:

netstat -ap

and see if anything is bound to the port.

Thanks, couldn't see anything using the port.

Just a thought, the IP 192.168.1.1 isnt already in use by your router is it?

My router uses 192.168.2.1 so don't think its that :confused:

Ok this works 192.168.2.102:5080

but I can't get it to find my media and build the database :confused:
