error when playing some avi files

yep, ive tired reinstalling both and still happens on a few files when i open them up in either media player classic or media player.. the files work fine in vlc media player

yep, had the same problem with wmp10, just seems a strange error

i'd clean install wmp11...restart then regclean....then clean install of Dvix into your C:/ drive...i find same partiton sometimes helps...then restart and see what happens. but the restarts and regcleans mite help. Have you tried it in safe mode to see if its driver conflicts?
