Error while trying to Patche 3dmark 06

So I got 3dmark 06 *installed* from the disc that came with my graphics card (8800 gts if it's matter at all), as you can see here:

yet when trying to update to the latest version of 3dmark 06 (using the v11 patch from the official website) I'm getting this error:

Any help appreciated because I certainly don't want to download the full version now.
