Errors on stock speeds

As above, im getting errors on Prime95 Blend test at stock speeds.

Running a Gigabyte P35 mobo, 4gb DDR3 RAM, Q9550 CPU, all on stock, everything in BIOS on auto.

Im thinking its my RAM as ive just swapped from 8gb of DDR2 (which failed) its running at 1.5v is this enough?

My old setup OC'd to 3.6ghz stable

Its DDR3 RAM, runs at 1066mhz

not tried memtest, ill give it a go tomorrow.

Im running OCZ RAM, dont think i can manually adjust the RAM voltage

The board has 4 slots for DDR2 and 2 for DDR3, ive got a ddr overvolt that allows me to add +0.7v max

Sorry for being vague, its my first problem with RAM, in a bit of a noob!

I can ony go up in steps of 0.1v

Ive set it at +0.1v and manually adjusted the frequency to 1333mhz, instaed of 1066mhz
Its on test 3 now in Prime95 while it failed almost instantly before. Can you run it at too low a frequency?

My board is a Gigabyte P35C-DS3R

2 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 4 GB of system memory
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR3 1333/1066/800 MHz memory modules

Thats from the board specs, that mean i can run a max of 1333 or will it OC for a bit more?

All my voltages were +0.1 except the DDR voltage.

Ill start my OC as it is and see how far i get, may need to up them as i get to 3.5ghz but ill see how it goes.

Also, CPU-Z still shows my memory voltage at 1.5v is this normal or should it show 1.6v now?
