ES 6300 - Good clockers?

How much different is an ES E6300 to a normal one?

Currently running an E4300 in a P5N-E SLI but cant get any sort of stable overclock, including 1066FSB for 2.4Ghz

If i stick a native 1066FSB chip in it, like the E6300 ES, will i have the same problems?

How good clockers are the engineering sample CPUs?

Is there any benefit to upping the multiplier instead of the FSB?
 
Thats what im thinking butthe main worry is that the E6300 is 1066FSb default, but my E4300 at 1066FSB makes the system unstable
