eSATA port on outside of case

What do you guys use (if anything) your eSATA port on the outside of your case?

I have an antec 902 and just realised it was an eSATA port I have in the front with 2 USB ports

(yes noob)

Just wondering if there is anything worth utilizing it for? and what you guys use it for

external hdd? its the only thing you can use it for.

I've an external HDD that I use for backup purposes, plug it in, run backup, remove HDD.
