Looking to get one just to lay on my table and set components on like mobo for example while i work instead of firing it on a table where crumbs etc might be lurking....feels a bit extreme to me too but better safe than sorry. Maybe even just a place i can get plenty of mobo sized anti-static bags? Im sure its quite likely it'll be competitor so e-mail in trust.
But otherwise is a mat extreme and unnecessary and should i stick with getting a bag or two to lay stuff on?
