Eset safemode scan

I know how to start one of these scans but what I don't know are the results , where do these go, how do I check them, are there any problems?
I understand that the interface doesn't show because of its minimal use on system resources, as for the scan itself I know that some items show as "error opening" because of protected files/folders.
one thing I noticed last time I did do a scan was, "archive is damaged" this was regarding my razer synapse programme .

can anyone shed some light on this and how I could get the results for the safemode scan/fix the damaged archive?

Open ESET, click Tools on the left hand side, then choose Log Files on the top left of the right hand side frame.
