ESET NOD32 v4 is working absolutely fine on Windows Vista Service Pack 2 and has been for a while now.

ESET NOD32 Antivirus v4 compatibility update for Vista/Server 2008 SP2

I found it blocked Homegroups on W7 giving me a head ache for a while lol.

In the Protection Status > Statistics is yours always actively scanning files even when PC is idle?

I'm running 3 copies of it with no problems

One on my Vista 64 SP2 Ultimate gaming PC
One on my Vista 32 Home Premium HTPC
One on my Win XP Netbook.

Have another version to install on my Windows Home Server, but can't get Avast Trial uninstalled.

I find it lightweight and unintrusive and I've never have a Virus infection.
