ESPN through Freeview on Pana 42G20

Hi guys.

Just wondering whats the best way to do it, everything seems very unclear

Ive got a CAM(?) slot in the side of my tv, and just want ESPN which i believe is 9.99 a month

Any help would be great

Do I need a set top box or does it just go into the CAM slot in the side of my TV?
