Essential Chromecast apps ?

Any users have any essential apps on their PCs or Mobile devices?
I have:

Plex
Youtube
Photo/Video Sharing app (cant recall name)
Hangman !

I haven't really explored its potential yet. Anyone point me towards stuff they find awesome.

Since you've got Plex, I'd recommed researching the following:

I mostly use:

Plex (just brilliant controlling my media watching using my phone)
Youtube
BBC iPlayer
Chrome

Also recommend:

Podkicker (casting podcast to your TV when you just want something in the background whilst using the phone)
Viki (asian dramas)
CastPad (drawing on a big telly is always fun with kids)

Wish Skype had native Chrome Casting. Screen Mirror is a little laggy.

AllCast is a good one as well.

To be honest Sky not supporting Chromecast is just naff. At least NBA & NFL apps support Chromecast. Couple that with Hulu Plus, US Netflix, other US network apps, HBO, Starz, Showtime, Watch ESPN and you're laughing really. Sucks that NBC Live Extra doesn't officially do it yet but I haven't had any issues screen casting from my Note 4.

bubbleupnp to control movies/etc from your phone, hosted on your pc. works in tandem with plex (plex acts as library whilst bubble will transcode).
