Wire for linking PSU when commissioning watercooling.
Seriously though the most essential tool is time. I've made some daft and near disastrous mistakes when rushing and not concentrating on what I'm doing esp if water cooling is involved.
Not really. Just touch a metal part of the case before laying hands on a component and you'll discharge any static build up. Not used a wrist strap myself in years although I used one when I was a novice. If they give you peace of mind then why not I guess.
