Hi,
I'm looking for a decent estate car for between 13-14 grand with 60k or less on the clock and Manual. Family of 4 so needs to be spacious and reliable - but I'm trying hard to find something that isn't desperately bland.
Some I've considered so far are Passat, Golf, Mondeo, Focus, Leon, i40, Octavia and now the Insignia.
The Insignia is by far the best looking to me but there's something in my mind telling me it's a bad idea. I've never driven one but it does seem to offer a lot for the money and has decent power. These are the one's I'm interested in:

Firstly what general advice do you have for any of the cars above (or any others for that matter)?
Secondly why should I not buy the Insignia?
