Estimated PPD?

Currently i've got a E4300 at home which is sitting at 2.8Ghz and is doing around 200PPD on a 225 point Gromacs

I've got a 8400 arriving tomorrow, any estimates what PPD increase I could see?

Oc'ed (3.6) and running the windows smp client +2500ppd
on a gromacs +300ppd
