ESXi question - easiest way to trasnfer files ?

Hi,

I have built a ESXi test server to play around with at work. Problem is that the VM's are not connected to the office LAN for obvious reasons.

Just wondering what my options are to transfer files to the virtual machines easily ?

The management network is on the live network if that is any help ? The articles I have read here :

Says I can create a share on my local laptop and use SSH to transfer files.

Not sure on the proper way, but what i have done in the past was create a iso with the files i needed and mounted the iso on the VM as a dirty quick and easy fix

That way there is no need to setup shares etc

Hi,

Any other suggestions ? ISO worked fine but just a bit long winded when I want to transfer quite a few files regularly.
