Ethernet Cable Gadget?

Hi there,

I read about this gadget that goes in-between 2 Ethernet cables and you cant twist this device and it makes the cable any sort like cross over, straight through or any pin out.

I cant remember what it was call or where i saw it.
Do any of you know what its called?

I cant really describe any better lol

Only thing i could find is this the 5-in-1 network admin's cable, you got to make it yourself though.
