Ethernet cable splitter help...

Right people i have a Ethernet cable running upstairs to my pc anyway now im wanting to wire-up the ps4 instead of wireless as im losing out on speeds. Anyway i got a 10m ethernet cable to run to the ps4 and a 5m one to go into the pc and got a cable splitter see pic but its not working any ideas???? As in nothing is working so had to plug the original cable into the pc and run the ps4 off wireless...

You need a switch, not a cable splitter.

Buy a 5 port gigabit switch, should be ~£10-20.

Removed the link and ordered the one Bledd linked cheers..

Just a shame its a bank holiday wkend as could have had it sooner ahh well its getting sorted.
