Is it safe to run a ethernet cable behind a radiator?

Yup. Best off running it underneath though along the skirting board.

safe yes but its likely the plastics in it will age quicker ie become harder unlikley to be a problem in a dmestic setting though

Should be fine, just make sure it's not too close and not touching.

Yea as above, is fine, but best off lower along the skirting board if you can, less heat and looks tidier.

As long as it isn't physically touching the hot metal/pipes you'll be perfectly fine.
