Does anyone know of any ethernet cards that come with the ability to edit the MAC address burned into the EEPROM?

I'm fairly sure someone mentioned that there are a few out there but I can't seem to find them.

Any ideas?

Most NICs that I've come across have the ability to deal with an LAA (Locally Administered Adress) through the drivers. If you look in Device Manager the NIC properties usually have a big list of configurable parameters, an LAA can usually be set in there although the name of the parameter varies.

The software that this needs to be done for is fairly smart and is not reading it from the OS. If you spoof the address in the Registry for example, which will work for most pieces of software, it refuses to believe you and it will quite happily (apparantly so, not too sure how else it is doing it) read it from the card itself, hence the need for a NIC with the ability to change the physical MAC address.
