Ethernet switch with QOS

Hi

I am looking for a cheap solution that provides a way of limiting traffic speed to Netflix in particular as my daughter swallows up all the bandwidth when watching Netflix.
Or is there another alternative (besides not letting her watch Netflix)

a switch will not be able to limit to netflix as qos is very tight on protocols and will most likley use port 80 so that would slow down general browsing also, you want to use a decent router or something like pfsense to limit that use.

What router do you have, as you may already have some kind of bandwidth control (even if you have to apply it to a specific IP/MAC address)?

I am using the talktalk HG633 router on my fibre.
I can't see anything in there that will do what I want.
Can you recommend a router?
